COVID-19 safety protocols

    Face coverings will be required to be worn at all times on premises.

    No sharing objects with other students including water bottles, writing supplies, books and devices.

    Before entering, staff will check the temperature of students at Playground as well as tutors and other staff members.

    Hand washing and hygiene stations

    Sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be available and required for entry. When you wash your hands, you must follow CDC guidelines to wash hands for 20 seconds.

    Only students with appointments are allowed in the space. Gooroo is only serving students ages 7 or older at the Sandbox Playground.

    Safe physical distance will be required throughout the space. Physical barriers exist for safety.

    The Sandbox Playground will be cleaned before and after opening. Staff will also do extra cleaning in between sessions.

    Cohort scheduling

    By remaining in structured, stable, small groups, any children exposed to Covid-19 will be minimized and easy to trace. It ensures a low-risk strategy that if a child were exposed, those only in the cohort would quarantine until proven risk-free. Learn more about cohort scheduling.
