Workout Anytime With These Fitness Exercises
With the gyms being closed and the sun setting so early in the day it can be hard to find the time to workout. In today’s blog, we’ll highlight some fantastic Gooroo Courses workouts that will have you sweating anytime of the day.
Workout Anytime Outside
These first set of workouts are best done outside. During the winters months, it’s advisable to do them in the morning or on your lunch break while the sun is still up.
Jump Rope
Although you could do this inside if you have the space, you might not want to annoy your neighbors with all the jumping! All you need is a rope and open space, and you’re good to go! Jump rope helps with both cardio and muscle strength resulting in getting your heart really pumping.
HIIT Circuit Training
These fitness exercises workout your full body. They’re designed to be fun as well as really sweaty. Unlike jump rope, you can also do these exercises inside so depending on your schedule you can workout anytime of the day.
Biking

Some Tips for Working Out Anytime
- Remember, a little goes a long way. On days you’re busy, or feeling sore, even going on a walk or doing a stretching exercise is beneficial to your body’s health.
- Don’t hurt yourself! By all means it’s important to push yourself to get the most out of your workouts, but remember that we should be gentle with ourselves afterwards and we should listen to the needs of our body.
- Try to workout at the same time everyday. Being consistent with when we workout will yield the best results.
